Over the past 3 years, I have worked closely with some amazing small business owners, including some great TPT sellers, graphic designers and other online creatives. I’ve had some amazing experiences (and a few not-so-amazing experiences) working as a virtual assistant. I have learned and grown from those experiences to hone my craft & teach others a better way of working with virtual assistants.
While I still could do virtual assistant work, I’ve shifted my focus from simply completing tasks. I now specialize in helping entrepreneurs gain time freedom while still growing their businesses through my various offers.
Whether your interested in learning and “doing it yourself”, having my support as we “do it together”, or in my white-glove “done for you” services, my mission remains the same. My goal is to shorten your curve to obtaining sustainable business growth, and getting your time freedom back.

I totally get this! Knowing if hiring someone is going to bring a good return on investment is a big step for any business. I always recommend getting organized and creating some basic systems first- even if you plan to hire right away.
You need to know the basics of your business before someone else can come in and help you. Even if you hire an expert to do things- say like build a website- they will still need you to be clear on certain aspects of what you want. So the sooner you can get organized and have a clear vision the better your experience will be!
This is why I teach the hiring framework that I do! As a VA it was always frustrating to go help someone who didn’t even know what they want!
